Team Secret have won Copenhagen Games' female Counter-Strike after defeating London Conspiracy 2-0 (16-1 on Nuke and 16-14 on Inferno).
Twenty-eight female teams from all over the world attended Copenhagen Games to compete in the tournament and fight for a piece of the €14,000 (~$15,000) prize pool.
Team Secret, the heavy favourite heading into the event, reached the final without breaking a sweat, beating, MASY, expert and Red Reserve in the playoffs by 2-0 scorelines.
Secret win yet another international tournament
Many had expected dignitas to reach the final, but Emmalee "EMUHLEET" Garrido's team fell at the hands of London Conspiracy, an all-Russian lineup, in the last-four stage in a two-map series.
Secret took the lead in the final with a 16-1 thrashing on Nuke. Inferno was much more keenly contested, with London Conspiracy almost overturning a 4-11 deficit, but Zainab "zAAz" Turkie's team took the map just when the prospect of overtime loomed.
